We had a magical wedding day and were over the moon with our cake. Karen and Julia at The Fruitcake Factory were amazing - the attention to detail from our first meeting to the cake itself was fantastic - the colour of the icing perfectly matched our colour theme and the sugar craft decoration was absolutely stunning - we went for a mixture of fruit cake and lemon drizzle - we heard amazing comments from our guests including one declaring that it was the best cake they had ever seen and tasted out of weddings they had attended - we would not hesitate recommending Karen and Julia as they most definitely excel at what they do - very talented ladies indeed!!

Shown in the photos of Our Wedding Cakes is the beautiful church cake Karen made for our daughter's wedding in 2015 complete with glass carriage, horses and lights in the church. It was the talking point of the wedding. Absolutely beautiful to look at and the cake itself was so good guests asked for more. We also had a four tier cake made for our eldest daughter's wedding in 2006, again perfect cake with hand crafted sugar paste calla lilies to decorate. I have only and will only use Our Wedding Cakes for all our special occasion cakes that have included 18th, 21st, 40th, 50th, 60th all completed to perfection, with a design chosen by us to suit the birthday boy/girl. I can't rate this company high enough, but will say anyone who chooses Our Wedding Cakes will not be disappointed, you will get the very best.

I was absolutely blown away by such a stunning cake - I didn't want to cut it, almost a shame they can't be kept as ornaments! Thank you both for bringing the design to life, the colour of the bow and flowers was totally spot on too as I'm sure you would of seen on the day? I think it has to be said this was the best cake I've ever eaten! It certainly appeared popular with our guests too.I'm sure you took your own photos buy I've attached just a couple for you to see. ``We were thrilled to bits to find 'Our Wedding Cake'.
From our first visit when we sampled the different cakes and discussed designs we had full confidence in the team.
They kept us informed about the progress and we had nothing to worry about on the day - the cake was delivered and displayed beautifully and was a real highlight.
The four tiers of cakes looked fabulous and the detail was magnificent (I know a few people had to touch the flowers as they were so realistic).
The amount of flowers and decoration was outstanding and I wouldn't like to think of the hours that went into creating it.
The sponge layers were cut on the wedding day and they looked and tasted lovely (we didn't actually get a taste as everyone wanted to bring a piece home).
When we cut the fruit cakes some weeks later they were moist and full of flavour. We cannot recommend them highly enough``
